We are a husband and wife founded concierge advisory and brokerage firm based in Bentonville, Arkansas. DBI Sales was formed through Steven and Tam (Dai) Bauer’s passion for family, food and travel. Early in their marriage, Tam forwent pursuing a career as an attorney to raise their daughters and manage the family finances while Steven traveled extensively with his career. Tam spent her childhood working in the family restaurant. She knows firsthand how food can bring communities and families together. Steven has over 25 years experience in food as a CPG supplier in various executive leadership roles. He has led multiple commercial teams while building organizational capabilities. Steven has worked extensively in The Americas, Europe and Asia with numerous Retailers across all classes of trade – Mass, C-store, Food, Discount, Specialty Retail, Club, Drug to name a few.
